  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 1 cup Mary’s Gone Crackers Tomato Basil REAL THIN Crackers
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • To a food processor, add the 1 cup Mary’s Gone Crackers Tomato Basil REAL THIN Crackers, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 2 tsp dried basil, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp black pepper.

  • Pulse until a mixture of fine crumbs forms, similar to the texture of bread crumbs.
  • Pour the crumbs into a shallow dish and place the beaten eggs into a separate shallow dish.

  • Dip each chicken wing in the egg mixture, fully coating and then dredge in the cracker crumbs, forming a thick crumb coating around the entire chicken wing.

  • Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes.

  • Serve with your favorite marinara or tomato sauce and enjoy.
