In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat the 4 large egg yolks and ½ cup granulated sugar until lightened in color and tripled in volume, about 5 minutes.

Fold the softened 1 cup mascarpone cheese into the egg yolk mixture until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whip the 1 cup heavy cream1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg1/4 tsp ground ginger, and 1/4 tsp ground cloves. until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture until light and airy. Set aside.

Quickly dip each 24-30 ladyfinger cookies into the combined 1 ½ cups pumpkin flavored cold brew concentrate and 2 tbsp coffee liqueur for about 1-2 seconds on each side (they should absorb the liquid without becoming soggy). Place them in a single layer in the bottom of a 9x9-inch (or similar-sized) dish.

Spread half of the mascarpone mixture evenly over the layer of soaked ladyfingers.
Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers, followed by the remaining mascarpone filling. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Cover the tiramisu with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
Before serving, generously dust the top with Unsweetened cocoa powder.
