  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup ciliegine mozzarella cheese halved
  • 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup basil julienned
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • In a large bowl, stir together the 3 cups italian farro, 2 cups cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes, 1 cup ciliegine mozzarella cheese, and 1 cup basil.
