- 1 ½ cups fresh watermelon cubes
- 4 oz silver tequila
- 2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz triple sec
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- ½ cup watermelon-flavored kombucha

Run a lime wedge around the rim of two glasses. Dip the rims in salt. Set aside.

In a blender, puree the 1 ½ cups fresh watermelon cubes until smooth.

In a cocktail shaker, combine 4 oz silver tequila, 2 oz fresh lime juice, 1 oz triple sec, and 1 tsp agave syrup and about ½ cup of the watermelon puree. Add a handful of ice and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds.

Pour the shaken mixture evenly into the prepared glasses filled with fresh ice cubes. Top each with a splash (about ¼ cup) of the ½ cup watermelon-flavored kombucha. Gently stir to combine without losing too much fizz.
