  • 1 ½ cups brown sugar packed
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 Nutter Butter cookies

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the melted 1 cup unsalted butter, ½ cup peanut butter, 1 ½ cups brown sugar, and ½ cup granulated sugar until smooth. Add the 2 large eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
