8 oz block of feta cheese
  • In a small bowl, combine the 1/2 cup olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tsp fresh oregano, 2 tbsp fresh parsley, 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, 1 tsp lemon zest, 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, and 1 tsp black pepper.
1/2 cup olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tsp fresh oregano, 2 tbsp fresh parsley, 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, 1 tsp lemon zest, 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tsp black pepper
  • Place the feta cubes in a jar or airtight container. Pour the marinade over the feta, making sure it’s completely submerged. Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight, to allow the flavors to meld. The longer the feta marinates, the more flavor it will absorb.
  • Once marinated, remove the feta from the fridge and let it come to room temperature before serving. Serve with crusty bread, crackers, olives, or fresh vegetables.
