Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, whisk together the 1 1/2 cups flour, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and 1 tsp salt.

In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the 1 cup unsalted butter, 1 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 cup maple syrup. On medium speed, cream together the ingredients until combined, about 2 minutes.

Mix in the flour mixture on medium speed, adding ¼ cup each time and fully combining after each addition.
With a spatula, fold in the 3 cups oats and the chopped 6 pieces bacon until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. Scoop 2 tbsp sized balls of dough at least two inches apart onto the sheets.
Bake for 20 minutes. Cool on a cooling rack for 10 minutes before serving.
