In a small saucepan, combine ¼ cup gochujang korean chili paste, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 clove garlic, and 1 tsp ginger. Cook over low heat, stirring, until smooth and glossy. Toss the fried chicken in the sauce.
