Ingredients
  

  • 2 delicata squash halved, cleaned, and sliced
  • 1/4 cup sriracha
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the 2 delicata squash, 1/4 cup sriracha, and 2 tbsp honey. Add the sliced 2 delicata squash and toss in the sriracha mixture until fully and evenly coated.

  • Spread the squash on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure none of the pieces overlap. Sprinkle with 1 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp salt salt.

  • Bake the squash for 20 minutes then use a spatula to flip the pieces. Bake for an addition 20 minutes until the squash is golden brown and caramelized.
