  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

  • In a food processor, combine the 1 15 oz can chickpeas, 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 1/4 tsp salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.

  • Add the 1/4 cup oat flour to the mixture and blend again until fully incorporated. Adjust the consistency by adding a tablespoon of water if it's too thick or more flour if it's too thin.
