- 2 cups coconut milk
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 10 large strawberries chopped
In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 cups coconut milk, ¼ cup honey, ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 1/2 tsp salt until smooth and fully combined. Add ½ cup chia seeds and whisk again to ensure they don’t clump.
