- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 medium white onions chopped
- 3 cloves garlic; chopped
- 4 medium yukon gold potatoes peeled and cubed
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup sour cream
- 5 scallions chopped
- ½ cup chives chopped
- Salt and pepper

Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the 2 tbsp unsalted butter over medium heat.2 tbsp unsalted butter
