Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 head green cabbage chopped
  • 3 scallions chopped
  • 1 poblano pepper chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1/2 cup dill
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, add 1 of the 3 scallions, the 1 poblano pepper, 2 cloves garlic, 1 cup parsley, 1/2 cup dill, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup rice vinegar, juice of 1 lime, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp pepper. Blend until smooth.
