Our Story

In the winter of 2007, I set out to open a quick serve organic eatery to fill what I thought was a missing need. However, during the process of sourcing ingredients, it quickly became apparent that eating all organic is not necessarily healthy. Organic sugar is still sugar, organic junk food is still junk food. Organic processed food is still processed food!

Our purpose was not only to serve people who already eat healthy, but also the average individual. Where you can find "normal" food, that tastes great, and still be healthy. We wanted a place where you can feel comfortable to try new things and possibly embark on a path towards healthy living. We wanted to clear up the confusing buzzwords and trends of the food industry, and help you make better choices of what to put in your body.
